Who I am

After receiving my degree from UNC Charlotte, I started my career in Maryland and spent 3 years in Annapolis working with a private design firm. Charlotte eventually drew me back to be closer to friends and family,

and to put down roots in the place I grew to love.

Over the last 10+ years, I have managed the site design and permitting of residential and commercial projects throughout the southeast ranging from 1/4 acre to upwards of 50+ acres.  These project types include in-fill single family and townhome residential developments, single-family subdivisions, multi-family apartment complexes, commercial power centers, grocery and retail stores, and mixed-use developments. I strive to listen to my client's needs, to communicate effectively and timely throughout the entire process and to work hand in hand to meet any required goals.

On the weekends you might find me on Lake Norman spending time

with my wife and 2 boys deciding which sand bar to stop at next.
